Terms of Service
The rules for authorized business use of HitOS and its Meta, Instagram, advertising, and WhatsApp integrations.
Effective: August 5, 2026
1. Agreement and authority
By using HitOS, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization. You represent that you are authorized to connect, access, publish to, advertise from, or message through every account and asset you select.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your login methods, and keep roles and creator assignments current. Actions performed through your account are treated as authorized until you notify us of compromise. Access is tenant- and creator-scoped and may not be used to obtain another customer’s data.
3. Connected providers
Provider features remain subject to Meta’s and each provider’s terms, review status, permissions, messaging windows, rate limits, and technical availability. A connected asset is independent: connecting one Ad Account does not grant access to a Page, Instagram account, Pixel, or WhatsApp number unless the user separately grants it.
4. Acceptable use
You may use HitOS only for lawful, permissioned business activity. You may not send cold or mass direct messages, evade provider review or messaging windows, upload unlawfully obtained audience data, impersonate another person, access assets without authority, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use the product for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance.
5. Customer content and instructions
You retain rights in content and data you provide. You grant Afluence the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that content according to your instructions and to operate HitOS. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, disclosures, consents, and intellectual-property rights associated with your content, campaigns, audiences, and messages.
6. Service operation
We may change APIs or interfaces, impose safeguards, pause failing automations, or disable a connection when a token is revoked, scopes are lost, a provider rejects an operation, or continued access would be unsafe. Provider operations can be delayed by review, rate limits, delivery windows, or outages outside our control.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for security threats, abuse, legal requirements, material breach, or provider-policy violations. You can disconnect provider assets at any time. Termination does not erase records that must be retained for security, consent evidence, dispute resolution, or law.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Afluence and its licensors own HitOS, its software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer those rights. If you provide product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Disclaimers and liability
HitOS is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not control provider approval, reach, delivery, ad performance, account standing, or API availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any production commercial agreement signed with Afluence controls where it conflicts with these public Terms.
10. Contact and changes
We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. Contact contact@byafluence.com with questions.
